POONCH: Security forces in a joint search operation on Thursday busted a terrorist hideout in Naka Manjari village of Mendhar in J&K’s Poonch district and recovered rusted ammunition from there.
“On specific input, a team of Army and Poonch Police launched a search operation in Naka Manjari and busted the hideout. A body pouch was found from the spot from which security forces recovered four AK rifle magazines, bullets, two grenades, explosive material, a binocular and other war like stores,” a police official said.
More searches are being carried out in the area.
