The Khans also stole attention with their ethnic look, rocking contrasting shades of red and blue. The two superstars were seen praying before the idol as the cameramen kept clicking away.
While the two actors kept things formal in front of the cameras, they were seen hugging it out in the next room. Both Salman and Shah Rukh were seen greeting each other with a warm hug. SRK was also seen reaching out to hug Salman’s brother-in-law Aayush and was also seen chatting with the two.
The images and videos instantly got fans hyped and excited for the actors’ upcoming film ‘Tiger Vs Pathaan’ that will see them locking horns on the big screen. But before things go south with the two, the stars will team up to take on the bad guys in ‘Tiger 3’. While the film will bring back Salman and Katrina Kaif, it will also see SRK in an extended cameo. Emraan Hashmi is reportedly playing the main villain in the film that will lead up to the events of ‘Tiger Vs Pathaan’.
As far as the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations are concerned, SRK was recently spotted seeking the blessings of Lord Ganesha at the famous Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai along with his younger son AbRam. Salman, on the other hand, attended his sister’s Ganpati celebrations.
Meanwhile, on the work front, SRK is currently enjoying the grand success of his recently released action thriller film ‘Jawan’. He also confirmed the release date of his upcoming movie ‘Dunki’ at the success event of ‘Jawan’.He said, “We started on January 26, Republic Day (with Pathaan), then on Janmashtami we released Jawan, now New Year and Christmas are round the corner, we will release ‘Dunki’. I keep National integration. Anyway, when my film is released, it is Eid.”
Helmed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film also stars Taapsee Pannu in the lead role. ‘Dunki’ marks the first collaboration of the ‘Chak De India’ actor with ‘3 Idiots’ fame director Hirani and ‘Pink’ actor Taapsee.
Salman is gearing up for the release of ‘Tiger 3’, which will hit the theatres this Diwali.
