Kartik Aaryan is riding high in his personal life and has made a huge property investment. The actor has purchased a home worth crores in a plush area in suburban Mumbai.
Earlier this year it was reported that Kartik Aaryan has rented Shahid Kapoor’s Juhuhome for Rs 7.5 lakh per month and now the actor has bought new property in the same vicinity. According to a news portal, Kartik Aaryan has bought an apartment in Juhu, where his family also owns a home and paid a whopping Rs 17.50 crore for the same.
The actor finalized the deal for this 1,916 sq ft apartment in Presidency co-operative housing in Juhu on June 30. His mother Mala Tiwari was involved in the deal on behalf of the actor. This said property is on the second floor of the Siddhi Vinayak Building in Presidency co-operative housing society, where Kartik’s family stays on the eighth floor. The actor reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and has got parking for two cars as part of this deal. Back in 2019, Kartik had invested Rs 1.60 crore for a 459 sq ft apartment in Versova, where he stayed as a paying guest when he first arrived in Mumbai from Gwalior.
Kartik’s latest release ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ is facing an uphill task of making it big at the box office. At the end of its extended first week, the film has scored only Rs 47.50 crore nett.
