Chose struggle over power to be with my father, says Sule at rally

PUNE: Baramati MP Supriya Sule on Thursday said when she had to choose between power and struggle, she chose to remain with her father, Sharad Pawar, & struggle.
At a rally in Indapur, Sule made the claim against the backdrop of Ajit joining the government post splitting from uncle Pawar. She said she’d never surrender before “Delhi”.
“I had two options. One side, there was power & Amit Shah. Other side, there was struggle & my father. How could I leave my father? I chose to struggle to be with him,” Sule said. “If everyone got scared of speaking truth, there would not be any democracy left.”
