NEW DELHI: Marking the day of love in a scientific way, Google dedicated an interactive Doodle about making “diatomic bonds” on Valentine’s day.
Explaining the chemistry of it, the post said, “Diatomic molecules are made from a bond between two atoms.”
“Sometimes it’s a bond between the same element like H2 (hydrogen gas)”, the post added.
Emphasizing the concept of ‘opposites attract’, the post further said, “Sometimes it’s (bond) two different elements, like HCL (hydrogen chloride).
The Doodle also has an element personality quiz which assigns a chemical element to the user based on certain personality based questions.
Further, interactive Doodle or “Cu Pd” as it calls itself, allows the enthusiasts to choose their element further leading them to a series of engaging games.
