NEW DELHI: Senior BJP leaders, including defence minister Rajnath Singh and party president J P Nadda on Monday held a strategy meeting ahead of the budget session commencing Tuesday with President Droupadi Murmu’s address to the joint sitting of the Parliament.
The two leaders were joined by party’s leader in the Rajya Sabha Piyush Goyal, education minister Dharmendra Pradhan, railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, parliamentary affairs minister Pralhad Joshi and a few other ministers.
Earlier, Rajnath Singh presided over the meeting of NDA in which some of the allies suggested that the BJP should share with them the time allotted to them so that they could put forth their views on the Union budget.
