The much-anticipated film Yodha, starring Sidharth Malhotra, Disha Patani, and Raashii Khanna, has witnessed a sluggish start at the box office, garnering lower-than-expected collections.
According to Sacnilk, Yodha is expected to collect Rs 4.25 crore on its opening day. It received an overall Hindi occupancy of 13.86 per cent on Friday.
The film heavily relies on urban viewership, but its opening day figures suggest a disconnect with the audiences. The absence of music, a key element for mass appeal, has further limited the film’s reach beyond specific audience segments.

While Yodha faces challenges in its initial run, it remains to be seen if the word-of-mouth and targeted marketing efforts could help boost its performance in the coming days.

The film is directed by Pushkar Ojha, Sagar Ambre and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan.
