Kim Kardashian‘s Skims line is being credited with saving the life of a woman who got shot.
If you were unaware, the 42-year-old reality star’s line sells shapewear. However, a woman is describing it as modern day “body armor for women” and singing its praises in a viral TikTok that even caught Kim‘s attention.

A TikTok creator took to the platform to share the story of how Kim‘s shapewear saved her life after she was shot four times on New Year’s Day.
“Kim Kardashian saved my life,” she started the video. “The night I got shot, under my dress, I was wearing a Skims shaping bodysuit. It was so tight on me that it literally kept me from bleeding out.”
She continued, emphasizing that she “recommended it” and “should wear it every day.”
“Call it fate or Jesus, but I’mma call it Kim. I’mma call it Kim for sure,” she added with a spirited laugh.
