Actor Vin Diesel is now at the center of serious allegations. Asta Jonasson, a former assistant, has come forward accusing him of sexual battery during the production of the movie Fast Five back in fall 2010.

According to Vanity Fair, Jonasson claims she was hired by Vin’s production company to assist him during the filming of the movie in Atlanta. Her responsibilities included organizing parties and accompanying Diesel to events, ensuring she was always close by in case any compromising situations arose.

The alleged incident reportedly took place in Vin’s hotel suite at the St. Regis. Jonasson details the encounter in the lawsuit, stating that she was asked to wait in the suite that night.

When others had left, Vin allegedly grabbed her wrists and pulled her onto the bed. She managed to free herself once but claims that he approached her again, groping her breasts and kissing her chest.

In a disturbing turn of events, the lawsuit describes how Vin dropped to his knees, pushed Jonasson’s dress up, and proceeded to molest her body. Despite her fear for her personal safety and job security, she felt trapped and helpless.

Jonasson asserts that Vin then tried to pull down her underwear, causing her to scream and flee down the hall. He allegedly followed her, pinning her against the wall and placing her hand on his manhood. Shockingly, she claims that he pleasured himself while she closed her eyes, trying to dissociate from the assault.

Hours after this traumatic incident, Jonasson received a call from Vin’s sister, informing her of her termination, less than two weeks after starting the job.

The lawsuit says, “It was clear to her that she was being fired because she was no longer useful — Vin Diesel had used her to fulfill his sexual desires and she had resisted his sexual assaults.”

Asta says that she was unable to speak out until now due to a nondisclosure agreement, but the Speak Out Act and California’s AB2777 now allow her to do so.
