Last week, we reported on Tori Spelling’s new rental home, even if it wasn’t under the best of circumstances.
She has had a very rough year. Uncertain housing had been a major component of that.
Tori’s new digs are a far cry from the $100-per-night motel or the RV park. She and her kids spent time at both this summer.
In fact, while Dean recently appeared in public while seeking government assistance, Tori is enjoying some swanky new digs.
On Monday, The Daily Mail reported on Tori Spelling’s new home.
She currently resides in a “fully furnished rental home” in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles.
The rent goes for a whopping $18,000 per month.
The home in question is a single-story, 3,300 square foot property in the San Fernando Valley.
This rental house includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
It also has a guest house with its own bathroom.
The listing claims that the house comes “exquisitely furnished” including plush furniture, flat screen TVs (do they make any other kinds this century?), and a gaming room.
Additionally, the house includes hardwood floors, large sliding glass doors, which let in plenty of natural light. If you’re into that sort of thing.
Finally, the property includes a large pool, a patio, a vaguely defined outdoor entertainment area.
Just last week, eyewitnesses spotted Tori looking at moving trucks and a storage facility in Los Angeles.
Based upon reports from early this summer, it’s likely that much of the family’s belongings remain packed away.
But now, Tori and her five children will have a bit more space to stretch their limbs — and maybe unpack a few things.
Of course, Tori had a bit of a rough introduction to the still-very-new rental house.
Just days ago, she and many of her neighbors had to evacuate. Reportedly, an armed man barricaded himself inside his home — allegedly with a hostage — in a standoff with SWAT.
Eventually, authorities hauled him away in cuffs. In the mean time, Tori got to meet her neighbors.
Of course, Tori’s new home is not Dean’s new home.
In June, he took to Instagram to blindside the world — and, possibly, Tori — by announcing the end of their marriage.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” Dean wrote at the time.
Dean reportedly shares a home with several other men. Hey! There’s no shame in having roommates.
Or in seeking government assistance! In a better world, absolutely everyone could receive government assistance without an application or means testing or any other senseless cruelties.
But while Candy is likely footing the bill for Tori’s new digs, Dean is on his own.
