The Week in Drag – Drag Race UK’s top three spill the tea, Bob cracks us up, Trixie gives a Grinchy makeover and more – News JoJo

[ad_1]

Hello, hello, hello! We are back from the Thanksgiving holiday with a post stuffed with the latest content from the queens of the Drag Race universe.

This week, a new champion was added to the international Drag Race family with the crowning of the UK’s fifth season winner. A new season of Canada’s Drag Race is here and we’ve got Joseph Shepherd exposing season one queen Scarlet Bobo.

We also have some makeup magic courtesy of Jaymes, Willam and Trixie, some comedy from Bob and a fashion fight pitting Jan against Loosey La Duca. Pull up to this fierce feast – let’s bring it to the runway!

This week, Ginger Johnson was crowned the winner of Drag Race UK. The final three: Ginger, Michael Marouli and Tomara Thomas had a pre-finale chat about their experience on the show with Ella Vaday on “Tea Time.”

Jaymes Mansfield serves one of her most imaginative wig makeovers as she transforms a bizarre blue Amazon wig into a work of art.

Trixie gets us into the holiday spirit as she turns Matt Rogers (from the Las Culturistas podcast) into Martha May Whovier from The Grinch.

Willam gets her makeup done by a mystery MUA on the latest Paint Me Bitch.

I am absolutely loving these “Crowd Werk” videos from Bob the Drag Queen (whom I am seeing at the end of the month.) Get your tee-hee-hees right here.

Season one legend Ongina is Delta Work’s guest on the latest episode of “Very Delta.”

It’s a battle for the ages. Jan takes on Loosey LaDuca in a “Glam Slam” for the ages. Watch as they create disco looks from scratch to be judged by Monét X Change.

Jaymes Mansfield creates a look using products from Trixie Cosmetics’ new Solid Gold disco collection. I need this makeup in my life.

Bob and Monét talk spirituality, Thanksgiving and lots more on “Sibling Rivalry.”

This episode of “UNHhh” is truly out of this world. Trixie and Katya dedicate this show to aliens.

I love Joseph Shepherd so we’ve got a double dose of exposed this week. First, Mayhem Miller talk about what would have happened if she had been cast on season 2 and her season 10 experience (including the infamous glove dress.) Then, Scarlet Bobo talks about her time on season one of Canada’s Drag Race and her tumultuous relationship with Boa. New episodes of Exposed drop every Thursday on OUTtv.

With candid humor, they spill the tea on unforgettable tour mishaps involving the likes of Naomi Smalls, Trixie Mattel, Jinx Monsoon and other drag luminaries, serving up juicy anecdotes that will have viewers in stitches. As the conversation unfolds, Bob and Peaches dive into the profound beauty of cultivating a lasting career in drag and the importance of uplifting and supporting fellow queens along the journey. It’s a delightful and inspiring rendezvous celebrating the glamour, resilience, and camaraderie that define the drag world.

Violet and Gottmik share tales of their adventures in Palm Springs, Lake Como, Ibiza and some of the most buck wild tales from nights out on the town on the latest “No Gorge”.

BenDeLaCreme and Jinkx Monsoon are on the road for their sixth annual Jinkx and DeLa Holiday Show (which I am seeing tomorrow!) Here they talk about the tour and play the “Holiday Scene Machine” improv game with Hoda and Jenna on TODAY.

Laganja Estranja takes us behind the scenes of the Werk the World tour in her latest “Day in the Life” video.

And that’s all the drag news we’ve got for you. We’ll be back with more before you know it. Until then, stay safe, stay healthy, support the queens and say LOVE!
