Tejas Trailer: Netizens hail Kangana Ranaut’s action-packed trailer; say ‘another National award worthy performance’

Kangana Ranaut is ready to soar the skies with her latest action film, “Tejas.” On the occasion of Air Force Day, the actress took to her social media handle to release the first trailer of the film, where she plays the titular role of Tejas Gill, a fighter pilot. Tejas goes behind enemy lines to defend the nation and hunt down terrorists.
The trailer introduces her fierce and feisty character, who is always prepared for a ‘difficult’ mission, even if it means crossing borders into enemy territory.After watching the trailer, fans and netizens were highly impressed, dubbing it “Another National Award-worthy performance” for the actress.

One fan tweeted, “The aerial sequences look much better than anything we have seen, and #KanganaRanaut looks great as an IAF officer. Looking forward!” Another post read, “TERRIFIC ACTION & #KanganaRanaut in her MASSIEST AVATAR EVER in and as ‘TEJAS’.”

Others praised the patriotic and punchy dialogues in the trailer, with one saying, “Damn goosebumps! However, there were some who found the trailer a bit underwhelming. “The story seems interesting, but they’re mainly promoting the movie under the guise of patriotism. The biggest issue is Kangana Ranaut’s poor delivery of dialogues, which makes the movie less exciting.”
Earlier, offering a glimpse into the action-packed world of “Tejas,” the makers released a teaser promising a never-before-seen theatrical experience for the audience.
“Tejas” is the story of the courageous female IAF officer, Tejas Gill, who is determined to safeguard the nation at all costs. It is touted as India’s first air action film and also showcases India’s first indigenous fighter jet – Tejas. Written and directed by Sarvesh Mewara, the film is scheduled to release in theatres on October 27, 2023.
