VISAKHAPATNAM: Tally Solutions, India’s leading business management software provider, formally launched its TallyPrime 4.0 for south India here in Visakhapatnam on Thursday. According to its representatives, the company aims to achieve a 50% growth in its customer base and a compounded annual growth rate of 40% in the next two to three years.
TallyPrime 4.0 brings intuitive and powerful dashboards, effortless data import from MS Excel, and ‘WhatsApp for Business’ as new features to take the BMS experience to the next level.
According to official government data, there are 4.1 lakh GSTN-registered SME businesses in Andhra Pradesh. The state has also set a target of starting 100 SME business clusters in the next two years. These businesses also seem to be expanding based on the nearly 40% growth rate it posted in the creation of employment in SMEs, from 5.61 lakh in 2023 compared to 4.05 lakh in 2019.
Tally’s Andhra Pradesh strategy is to engage with individual business associations and clusters and support them in automating their business operations. Tally also aims to leverage its extensive 200 partners’ and 51,000 customers’ network to connect with all SMEs across the state including taluka towns.
