Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra recently had a lavish Bollywood reception in Mumbai after being married in Jaisalmer earlier this month. A photo of the newlyweds with Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal is currently going viral. With Varun and Sidharth posing beside their respective partners Natasha and Kiara, it was kind of like a mini Student Of The Year reunion. Despite being missing from the frame, Alia Bhatt attended the event along with her mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor.
In the 2012 movie Student Of The Year, directed by Karan Johar and starring Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan made their Bollywood debuts. Also present at Kiara and Sidharth’s wedding celebrations earlier this month in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, was the movie’s director Karan Johar. Kiara has collaborated with Varun Dhawan as well. He and her co-starred in the 2022 film JugJugg Jeeyo.
Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra first ran into one another at the wrap up party of Lust Stories. On the sets of Shershaah, their first movie together, they started dating. The couple shared a photo from their wedding on social media and wrote: “Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai. We seek your blessings and love on our journey ahead.”Natasha Dalal and Varun Dhawan, who had been dating for a while, attended the same school. In January 2021, they were wed in a small ceremony.
