Singapore based author donates Rs 1 lakh to TTD trust after launching his spiritual book | India News

TIRUPATI: Singapore based author Venkata Vinod Parimi donated a sum of Rs.1 lakh to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams run Gosamrakshana trust at Tirumala on Friday.
The Singapore author launched his new spiritual book “Daivam tho Naa Anubhavalu-3” at the sacred abode of Lord Venkateswara and later handed over his donation receipt along with a copy of his new book to TTD EO AV Dharma Reddy at Tirumala earlier in the day.
“Daivam tho Naa Anubhavalu-3” is a compilation of 22 short stories which elucidate the personal experiences of the author with divine forces.
Venkata Vinod, who works as a regional director Service, Asia-Pacific, Miele appliances pvt ltd headquartered regionally at Singapore, is an ardent devotee of Lord Venkateswara, who visits the Tirumala temple atleast once every month despite being busy with his corporate life linked commitments.
During the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic when international travel remained suspended for several months, Vinod couldn’t visit the Tirumala temple and it was then that Vinod penned his first spiritual book “Daivam tho Naa Anubhavalu” with the help of his close friend from India M Ramesh Kumar.
And within a year’s time, he released his second book after the success of his first and donated all the sale proceeds from his first two books to TTD’s Gosamrakshana trust worth approximately Rs.3 lakh.
Speaking to TOI, Vinod said his latest book Daivam tho Naa Anubhavalu-3 is the last in the three part series, which will connect with the ardent devotees of Lord Venkateswara and other Hindu deities as they themselves can personally relate to such experiences.
The author also has plans to release his three spiritual books in Braille to enable people with low vision or complete vision impairment, to be able to experience the divinity in his books.
While Vinod’s Daivam tho Naa Anubhavalu book series are available on Amazon and various other platforms, the author now plans to pen inspirational books for the youngsters soon.
