Sanjay Kapoor recently opened up about what he thinks about the young generation of actors in the industry. The actor also reveals what his daughter Shanaya has learnt from his life.
In an interview with a news portal, Sanjay said that with the new generation, he feels that they are constantly in your face because of social media. Even before the film’s release, you get to know them.There is paparazzi, media, Instagram, elaborate promotions. By the time the film is released, you feel like you know the person inside out. According to him, it is on the younger generation, on how they are going to survive 30-40 years. He also added that if they don’t take care, there are chances of burnout also.

Elaborating further, Kapoor recalled girls waiting near book stalls to grab the latest edition of the magazine, as Rajesh Khanna would be on the cover. There was madness just looking at his picture, now that can’t happen. People didn’t know what actors were doing apart from films. He added that the more one exposes themselves the more there are chances of burning out. According to him, that is something the newer generation has to look after.

Talking about what his daughter Shanaya has learnt from his life he said that she has seen his journey and how he has conducted himself. According to the actor, she has taken the right things, understood what the industry is, what kind of hardships, focus and dedication it needs.
