As ‘Jaane Jaan’ gears up for release, Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor said that she went to the sets heeding a piece of pivotal advice given by her hubby Saif Ali Khan.
The actress revealed during the trailer launch event of ‘Jaane Jaan’ that her husband and fellow actor, Saif Ali Khan, had candidly cautioned her against approaching the set of ‘Jaane Jaan’ with a careless attitude.
Kareena Kapoor said, “Saif warned me, ‘dont go to set with that attitude of yours. You are working with Vijay Varma and Jaideep. Stop being a backbencher and please be prepared and go.”
Kareena Kapoor is all set to mark her comeback after the flop of ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ with the crime drama movie ‘Jaane Jaan’ directed by Sujoy Ghosh. The plot, which is based on the Japanese novel ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’, revolves around a single mother and her daughter who commit a crime and a neighbour who helps them cover it up.
The script is penned by Sujoy Ghosh, Keigo Higashino and Raj Vasant and apart from Kareena Kapoor, the movie also stars actors Jaideep Ahlawat, Vijay Varma, Lin Laishram, Karma Takapa, Shyam Gopal and many others in pivotal roles.
