Ranveer Singh calls Rocky Randhawa a direct descendant of Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Poo from K3G

Ranveer Singh’s portrayal of Rocky Randhawa in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani was truly remarkable. In a recent interview at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia, Ranveer Singh discussed his character Rocky Randhawa from the film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. He mentioned that Rocky Randhawa was directly related to the iconic character Poo, played by Kareena Kapoor Khan in the film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. Singh also talked about the challenges he faced in bringing the character to life and his aim to create a well-rounded persona that not only entertains but also resonates with the audience on a deeper level.

Ranveer Singh expressed his deep affection for the character Rocky and mentioned that he is extremely pleased with how people have connected with him. Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, featuring Alia Bhatt as well, achieved great commercial success. Helmed by Karan Johar, the film also showcases a talented ensemble cast including veteran actors Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan.
