Rakul Preet Singh who is known for her films like De De Pyaar De, Thank You, Doctor G, Runway 34 etc turns a year older today. The actress has quite a few interesting films lined up like De De Pyaar De sequel, Indian 2, Ayalaan etc.
In an interview with Mid-day, the actress shared her definition of love, she mentioned that in love there is no place for drama.She stated that one can never really define love, but for her it has to be unconditional. It can’t be laying down conditions on your partner of what to do or what to wear, the possessiveness etc. She added that love doesn’t need that kind of drama. Love should be something that adds value to your life. She also shared that she believes you have to be so complete in yourself that you don’t need to fill a void in someone’s life. And only when people are complete in themselves can they add value to other people’s lives and then you can let your people grow and flourish.
She also shared that she was never too driven to find a partner in her life. She also revealed that she was single for the longest time, probably in her youth she was single and never explored dating apps. But one thing she believed in was the universal power of love and she knew that at the right time she will find the right person. She also elaborated that the partner she was looking for, she wanted someone who was very much like her and is of the opinion that opposites don’t attract, probably they do when they are in their infatuation stage but not for their entire life. So she was looking for someone who was just like her and she found that in Jackky Bhagnani.
