Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu and Kriti Sanon have joined forces for an epic heist drama, titled ‘Crew‘. The first teaser of the film was released over the weekend and the internet cannot stop raving about the leading ladies.
Hailing the teaser, Priyanka Chopra took to her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Obsessed #crew” with starry-eyed and heart-eyed emojis.Varun Dhawan too praised the teaser and wrote, “Great fun all the firecrackers together can’t wait.” ‘Crew’ follows the journey of three air hostesses portrayed by Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon, who follow the mantra of ‘Risk it,’ ‘Steal it,’ and ‘Fake it’ respectively. Apart from the powerful ladies leading the movie, Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma will be seen in special appearances.
‘Crew’ marks Kareena Kapoor Khan’s second collaboration with Rhea Kapoor, after ‘Veere Di Wedding’. Speaking about the project, Bebo had said in a statement, “Veere Di Wedding holds a special place in my heart. Working with Rhea and Ektaa was an incredible journey. So, when Rhea came to me with her new project The Crew I was quite intrigued. This also means I get to share screen space with two stellar actors, Tabu and Kriti.” In one of her interviews with India Today, Kareena described the film as a “really cool space of comedy, heist and typical commercial masala film with three women in the lead.” Directed by Rajesh A Krishnan, ‘Crew’ is all set to have a grand theatrical release on March 29, 2024, coinciding with the Good Friday weekend.
