NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday unleashed a scathing attack on Congress in Rajya Sabha and claimed that the grand old party will not be able to win even 40 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
The Prime Minister was responding to the Motion of Thanks to President Droupadi Murmu’s address in the Rajya Sabha.
