NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote a letter to a young girl from Kanker, Chhattisgarh, who had presented him with a sketch during a public rally.
The sketch, created by Akanksha Thakur, captured the Prime Minister’s interest while he was addressing the crowd during an election rally in Kanker.
He paused his public address, requesting security personnel to bring him the sketch.During thisPM Modi requested Akanksha to write her address on the back of the sketch so that he could write her a letter.

In his letter, PM Modi wrote, “Dear Akanksha, Good luck and blessings. The sketch you brought to Kanker’s program has reached me. Thank you very much for this loving expression.” PM Modi went on to write “India’s daughters are the bright future of the country. This affection and belongingness that I receive from all of you is my strength in the service of the nation. Our aim has been to build a healthy, safe and well-equipped nation for our daughters.”
In addition to this, PM Modi expressed his gratitude for the affection he has consistently received from the people of Chhattisgarh. He praised their active involvement in the progress and development of the nation.
Furthermore, he highlighted the significance of the next 25 years for the young generation, emphasizing that this period would play a pivotal role in shaping their aspirations and determining the future of the country.
