A one-year-old boy who fell off a tractor while playing in Eklahara area of Nashik road on Saturday afternoon, succumbed to severe head injuries on Sunday. Police registered a case of accidental death. The parents of the deceased – Aniket Gautam – work at a brick kiln in Eklahara area, said cops.
Aniket was playing with few children on a tractor parked near the brick kiln. The tractor driver had left the key in the ignition. While playing, one of the children turned the key. As the tractor started and began shaking, the children jumped off. Aniket, however, lost balance and fell and sustained serious head and face injuries.
