Bollywood’s casting director Mukesh Chhabra’s beloved mother Kamala Chhabra passed away on Thursday (April 13). She breathed her last at a hospital in Mumbai.
As soon as the news of her demise spread, several Bollywood celebrities made their way to the hospital to be there for the casting director in his tough times.

Deepika Padukone, Farah Khan, Aparshakti Khurrana, Nupur Sanon and others were spotted and snapped outside the hospital.

Kamla Chhabra’s condition had deteriorated in the past three days and she lost consciousness and despite the doctor’s best efforts to treat her, she could not gain consciousness again. Mukesh Chhabra’s mother passed away at the hospital. She was 73.

Chhabra took to his social media handles to share the news of the passing of his mother. He also informed his friends and followers that the cremation will be held on April 14 at 10 am at the Oshiwara Crematorium in Mumbai. The post was captioned as, “Our biggest support has left us for her heavenly abode. May her soul forever rest in peace”.
