It has been tough, but we’ve spent all week long scouring the depths of Instagram to bring you this week’s Instahottie — Alec Smith.
Alec is a fitness instructor and owner of Accessory with Alec who is currently just shy of 400,000 followers on Instagram.
According to his website, he’ll be able to help you with structured workouts designed to improve your basic gymnastics positions and build a stronger core in the process. We’ll take you through a full warm up, skill/gymnastics session & we will finish every day with a core burner programmed for all levels of fitness.
