Makers drop a new poster of Prabhas’ Salaar and confirms the release date of the film

It has now been officially confirmed that Prabhas’ highly anticipated film will face off against Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki at the box office.

The makers of the film made the announcement on Friday, revealing that Salaar Part 1: Cease Fire is set to release in theatres on December 22. To mark the announcement, the makers unveiled a new poster of the movie, showcasing Prabhas in his rugged appearance, gripping a sword firmly in his hand. 

Initially, Salaar was slated for a September 28 release, setting the stage for a box office showdown with Vivek Agnihotri’s The Vaccine War. However, due to pending post-production tasks, the film’s release date was rescheduled to December of this year. 

Directed by Prashanth Neel, Salaar boasts a star-studded cast that includes Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Meenakshi Chaudhary.
