Contrary to reports, Katrina Kaif is very much part of Farhan Akhtar’s film Jee Le Zaraa. ETimes has exclusively learnt that while Priyanka Chopra may not be a part of the project, Kat is still very much on board, along with Alia Bhatt.
A source close to the production informs, “Katrina Kaif is doing the film and one is tired of clarifying on the same. There is only a slight delay in the mounting of the film.”
Jee Le Zaraa that will be directed by Farhan Akhtar was announced before the pandemic and Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif were originally considered for the lead roles.But reportedly, Priyanka exited the film citing date issues.
Following Priyanka’s exit from the film, Anushka Sharma and Kiara Advani are being considered for the part.
When Farhan announcd Jee Le Zaraa, fans were stoked about another road-trip film like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, with an all female cast.
