Kangana Ranaut joins Prabhas for Vishnu Manchu’s pan India mythology, ‘Kannappa’ | Hindi Movie News

Following her stint in “Chandramukhi,” Kangana Ranaut has collaborated with another renowned South director, Vishnu Manchu, for an intriguing mythological drama. In this film, she is set to play a prominent role. ETimes has learnt that the entire cast and crew spent nearly a month in New Zealand, capturing picturesque scenes for the movie. They recently returned after completing the shoot.
A source close to the production informs, “Kangana Ranaut has signed for the film and will be shooting.Though she was not part of the New Zealand schedule, she will be shooting soon for the film.”

We tried contacting Kangana, but she was unavailable for comment until we filed the story.
Soon after returning from a month-long schedule in New Zealand, today (November 23), Vishnu Manchu took to his social media platforms to unveil the captivating posters of his ambitious project, Kannappa. He extended an invitation to the audience, urging them to “immerse themselves in the world of Kannappa, where the transformation of an atheist warrior into Lord Shiva’s ultimate devotee unfolds.
In addition to the striking visuals, Vishnu Manchu officially announced the stellar cameo appearances of industry stalwarts Mohan Babu, Mohanlal, Prabhas, Madhoo, and Shiva Rajkumar. According to reports, Nayanthara is also set to play a significant role in this grand cinematic venture.
