Joe Jonas opened up to his fans amid his divorce from Sophie Turner.

The 34-year-old Jonas Brothers musician filed for divorce on Tuesday (September 5) after rumors about a split started circulating.

Since then there has been a great deal of speculation about what happened between the Hollywood couple despite them releasing a joint statement about their decision to separate.

After a “tough week,” Joe spoke to his fans while onstage with his brothers Nick and Kevin.

During a Jonas Brothers concert on Saturday (September 9) in Los Angeles, Joe addressed the rumors swirling about him and Sophie.

“I just wanna say, look if you don’t hear it from these lips, don’t believe it,” he said. “Okay? Thank you everyone for your love and support. Me and my family love you guys.”

Variety reporter Katcy Stephan shared a video of the speech on X (formerly Twitter).

During another recent show, fans noticed that Joe changed some of the lyrics to the song “Hesitate,” which he wrote for Sophie. Despite all of the rumors, he has gotten plenty of love from his brothers and fans while onstage this week.

In fact, both Joe and Sophie have gotten support from various celebrities since news of their divorce broke.
