[ad_1] Kurukshetra: A priest of Shri Aadinath Digambar Jain Temple was found dead with his throat slit in Kurukshetra on Wednesday.The deceased was identified as Hukum Chand, of Madhya Pradesh, who is said to have worked as priest at the Jain Temple for the last some years in Kurukshetra.As per the information, the priest lived in dharamshala on the premises of the temple.The information came to light after a woman who also lived at the same place raised the alarm after she found him dead.The dead body was taken to the LNJP district civil hospital for autopsy. The police have registered a case of murder under Section 302 of the IPC against unknown persons at Kurukshetra University (KU) police station on Wednesday.KU SHO Dinesh Kumar said, “We have registered a case against unknown people and started the investigation.
