Government eyes Rs 1000 crore from HUDCO stake sale

[ad_1] MUMBAI: The government on Tuesday said it will sell up to 7% in Housing & Urban Development Corp (HUDCO) through an offer for sale, with the floor price fixed at Rs 79 per share. At this price — an 11% discount to HUDCO’s closing price — the government is estimated to mobilise about Rs 1,100 crore from the stake sale.The OFS will start on Wednesday, when only non-retail investors would be able to put in their bids.
