First-Time Nominee Ke Huy Quan Wins Best Supporting Actor at Oscars 2023

Ke Huy Quan is a winner!

The 51-year-old actor won Best Supporting Actor at the 2023 Academy Awards on Sunday (March 12) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

The first-time nominee won for his role in Everything Everywhere All at Once.

“I was raised to never forget where I came from, to always remember who gave me my first opportunity,” h saeid. “I am so happy to see Steven Spielberg here tonight. Steven, thank you.”

When he was 12, Ke Huy starred in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom as the character Short Round.
