Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) e-passbook website – passbook.epfindia.gov.in – is down again, leaving the EPF subscribers frustrated. The EPFO e-passbook facility, which allows members to access their EPF account details online, including downloading their e-passbooks, has been unavailable on both the EPFO website and the Umang app.

Several EPF members took to Twitter to express their dissatisfaction and requested the concerned authorities to intervene.
In response to these tweets, the EPFO apologized for the inconvenience and assured members that the concerned team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
This is not the first time that the EFP e-passbook services is down with such technical glitches. Similar problems have been reported in the past few months, raising concerns among subscribers.
