Deepika Padukone opens up on social media trolls, says does not have the ‘bandwidth’ to deal with them

Deepika Padukone is one of the most well-known actors in the country today, she has some of the biggest movies in her kitty, ranging from Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor, to Singham Again with Ajay Devgn. She will also be seen in Kalki 2898 AD with Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan. And, just like any other actor, DP has also been subjected to brutal social media trolls, as she often comes under fire for her looks, statements etc.However, Deepika is completely oblivious to all that is happening on her social media.
Speaking with The Week, the actress revealed that she doesn’t have the emotional bandwidth to deal with trolls. She mentions that she is fully focussed on her work and does not have the time to focus on the menial or trivial things.
However, amidst the various things she is trolled on, one thing people are usually impressed with is her airport looks. She mentions that nobody wakes up looking gorgeous. She revealed that she has a professional team who puts together her looks for her, but she loves to dress up and feels good when she does.
She also highlighted that her husband Ranveer Singh loves that she enjoys getting dressed up. However, she added that she dresses up for herself, and loves to plan her looks and gives time to her stylists to put her look together, however, she does not shy away from experimenting. And, because she was a professional model before becoming an actor, things are easier for her.
Deepika was last seen in an extended cameo as Aishwarya in Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, which has set the box office on fire. The film has gone on to become the fastest entrant in the 300 crore club in the country and worldwide, the film is inching towards the 700 crore collection.
