During an appearance on the Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend podcast, Chris explained that Dakota helped the band make their shows more accessible by introducing him to a product called SubPacs.

“It’s kind of like body armor —you put it on and plug it in and it connects to the base,” he said about the product, which appears to be worn like a vest and creates what the brand describes as a “tactile audio platform.”

Dakota encouraged Chris to “use this somehow.” They found a way!

“So, we started using it and it’s been so amazing and it should get better and better. We have ten or twenty now — every night — of those packs and so if you’re hearing impaired we have an area where you sign up and you put on the pack and you can feel the show,” he explained.

We’ve got more pics of the couple on a coffee run earlier this year.
