Shah Rukh Khan and Boman Irani have worked together in many movies like ‘Happy New Year‘, ‘Don’, and the recent ‘Dunki’. They are also very good friends and in a recent interview Boman Irani has shared the best qualities about Khan which make him a star that he is. Boman and Shah Rukh were a part of Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’ which is still running in theatres. The film starred Taapsee Pannu as well and had Vicky Kaushal in a cameo.
In an interview with Connet FM Canada, Boman spoke about Khan and said that he understands where he came from. He feels that he SRK understands what it is for a person to be doing their first few films in the industry and how one is treated. Hence, Shah Rukh knows that he shouldn’t treat a person like a commodity, or as someone supplying something. But he understands that the person is supplying his talent, his art, his being!
Boman further added that Shah Rukh’s three recent hits – ‘Pathaan’, ‘Jawan’ and ‘Dunki’ do not really define him. One cannot judge him by that, because people respect him more for his tenacity, his legacy, which can’t be messed around with. He loves seeing the joy on people’s faces, said Boman.
But here’s what SRK’s biggest talent is! Boman reveals that people are not petrified by his arrival, people are looking forward to it. He comes with a certain energy where people feel nice and comfortable around him. He can start cracking jokes the moment he arrives and more often than note, the magic bullet that SRK has is that he cracks a joke on himself. That’s his greatest talent, says Boman.
