Did you know that Ashlee Simpson and JoJo are friends?!

Well, we have photos of the two singers out to dinner together on Monday (September 18) in Brentwood, Calif.

The ladies were joined by Ashlee‘s husband Evan Ross and they were all spotted leaving the restaurant at the same time before going their separate ways.

JoJo is back on the west coast after spending the last few months in New York City, where she made her Broadway debut in the musical Moulin Rouge, playing the lead role of Satine.

While wrapping her run, JoJo wrote on Instagram, “This is one of the hardest yet most rewarding things I’ve ever done ❗️Thank you to the Broadway community for embracing me, seeing me, and uplifting me. I’m forever changed for the better.”
