The trailer for Heart of Stone, which marks Alia Bhatt’s Hollywood debut, was released on Saturday night. Alia, along with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, her co-stars, travelled to Brazil for an OTT event, where they revealed the trailer.
While many praised Alia and were impressed with her performance as the antagonist, some noted that she had limited screen time in the trailer.
Recently in an interview with a leading news portal, Alia said, “Woh toh hoga hi, because I feel at the end of the day you have to get a sense of what the story is about and how the story leads you to the final film. That’s all that matters.”
In the thriller Heart of Stone, Rachel Stone (played by Gal Gadot) is a member of the Charter, a secret agency that steps in when governments are unable to maintain order. The agency boasts the most highly trained agents and claims to have no political or national affiliations. Their ultimate goal is to restore peace in a world filled with chaos.
Meanwhile, on the work front, apart from Heart of Stone, Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani alongside Ranveer Singh. The film is helmed by Karan Johar and will hit the cinemas on July 28.
