Alia exuded major boss lady vibes in a checkered, embroidered pantsuit, which she paired with a light blue formal shirt and a black tie. She completed her look with a stylish hairdo, minimal make-up, simple accessories, and a pair of black heels.

As soon as she shared the pictures on Instagram, likes and comments poured in from all sides. Bhumi Pednekar called it, ‘Fab’ while Rhea Kapoor dropped a heart emoji on the post. Alia’s fans, on the other hand, were reminded of the ‘Gulabo’ song from her film, ‘Shaandaar’ with Shahid Kapoor.

While one of her fans wrote, ‘reminded me of shandaar movie’, another one added, ‘Gulaabo…… Zara ittr gira do’. A fan also commented, ‘Tauba tauba Tu tou meetha saa murbba….’

Alia will be joining the bandwagon of actresses like Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone as she is all geared up to make her Met Gala debut this year.

She is currently awaiting the release of her upcoming film, ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ with Ranveer Singh. The film is slated to hit the theatres in July this year.
