Aamir Khan is set to make a comeback with RS Prasanna’s film Champions, and he will reportedly be filming in Delhi for a month starting in February. According to sources, Aamir Khan will come to Delhi for over 30 days to shoot for his next project, Champions. The exact locations for the shoot are still being finalised, but it is confirmed that they will be spread across the city. In Champions, Aamir Khan will portray the role of a mentor.
Last year, Aamir Khan had relocated to Chennai to attend to his ailing mother. He made headlines when he was rescued by the fire and rescue department in Karapakkam after Cyclone Michaung hit Tamil Nadu. Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira recently got married in Mumbai and hosted elaborate wedding functions in Udaipur followed by a grand reception in Mumbai. The event was attended by Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Hema Malini, Rekha, Saira Banu, and others.
Apart from Champions, Aamir Khan is also gearing up for Sitaare Zameen Par, a film he is starring in and producing. Speaking about the film, he mentioned that while Taare Zameen Par made audiences cry, Sitaare Zameen Par will make them laugh.
Additionally, Aamir Khan is part of Sunny Deol’s Lahore 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Aamir Khan’s production house. The announcement highlighted the excitement of collaborating with Sunny Deol and Rajkumar Santoshi, expressing anticipation for an enriching journey.
