Hocus Pocus finally got a sequel years later in 2022, but fans are already wondering if the film franchise will become a trilogy.
The spooky 1993 film centers around the Sanderson Sisters – Sarah (Sarah Jessica Parker), Winifred (Bette Midler) and Mary (Kathy Najimy) – who terrorize the children of Salem.
30 years later, a sequel arrived on Disney+, reuniting the film’s original stars once again.

In a brief Hocus Pocus 3 update with E! News, Bette said: “I’m not sure. Everything is weird. I don’t know, maybe. Who knows?”
Fans are also curious because of the way the sequel set up a potential third movie. However, it was also met with mixed reviews, with a 64% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It also originally had a completely different ending!
