Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathaan’ is on a record breaking spree and the latest achievement of the movie is in the Gulf region. The action entertainer has emerged as the highest grossing film in this circuit, beating Salman Khan’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’.
‘Pathaan’ has managed to raked in $11 million in just 11 days, with added collections from Saudi Arabia, which was not there at the time of other movies, reports boxofficeindia. Post the pandemic, the Gulf circuit has struggled with ‘KGF 2’ (Hindi) earning $2.17 million, while ‘Brahmastra’ has scored $2.1 million. However, ‘Pathaan’ has secured the top spot in this list with a whopping $11 million. The film raked in 9.75 million in in the Gulf region during its extended nine day week. At the domestic box office, ‘Pathaan’ has earned Rs 410 crore.
