Ncuti Gatwa is bidding goodbye to his Sex Education character Eric Effiong.
Earlier this week, the 30-year-old actor snapped one last image from the set of the Netflix series, with a goodbye message to his character, ahead of the season four premiere.

“Last day. Last time. Bye bubs, thank you for all the lessons and for all the strength,” he wrote, with a picture of his trailer door.
This hints that should Sex Education be renewed for a 5th season, Ncuti is most likely not part of it.
After wrapping his role there, Ncuti is now set to take over the role of the 15th Doctor in Doctor Who, which was announced last year.
Ncuti will star alongside Millie Gibson in the forthcoming season, which will debut after the 60th Anniversary special.

The premiere date of Sex Education season four is still not known, several other major stars will not be in it.
