Kate Middleton & Prince William Face Off at Six Nations Rugby Match; Reveal Prince George Is Learning To Tackle!

Kate Middleton and Prince William head into a private suite at Principality Stadium over the weekend in Cardiff, Wales.

The Prince and Princess of Wales were seen meeting with injured players who are supported by the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust, before officially opening the Sir Tasker Watkins Suite, ahead of the Wales vs England Six Nations Match.

If you didn’t know, William is the patron of the Welsh Rugby Union, while Kate is patron of England’s Rugby Football Union.

“It’s going to be a very tense journey home,” William joked at the event, via The Mirror. “If we win today my wife won’t speak to me. It will be a tense evening.”

Elsewhere during the event, Kate also spoke of the couple’s three children’s interest in the sport.

Kate shared that Prince George, 9, is picking up more of contact rugby.

“They are trying to teach him the rules. They move them around for their confidence. Because he is tall, he has the physique,” she shared.

Kate also revealed that Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4, love playing rugby too.
