Adam Levine opened up about the role his family plays in his career during the opening night of his Las Vegas residency with the rest of Maroon 5.
The 44-year-old “She Will Be Loved” star took the stage on Friday (March 24) and paid tribute to several people close to him, including his parents.
However, he revealed that his wife Behati Prinsloo and three children – Dusty Rose, 6, Gio Grace, 5, and a newborn that they welcomed in January – play a central role in all that he does.

According to People, Adam explained to the audience that he “used to do this for myself.” That changed.
“Now I do this for them,” he said in a touching tribute.
Adam had more to say about his family situation earlier this year, revealing how he and Behati are handling being outnumbered by their children.
